PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />A.J. PARENT COMPANY <br />15825 JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On , 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Section 170.076.24 of the Ramsey City Code to the A.J. Parent Company <br />to construct a residential structure which will encroach on the required <br />setback from the Rum River on the property generally known as 15825 Juniper <br />Ridge Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Reilley Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(subject to easements of record as shown on plat and scenic easement <br />to the City of Ramsey and Anoka County filed September 14, 1978). <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The residential structure shall not encroach on the Rum River by <br /> more than 40 feet. <br /> <br />2. No additions to the structure shall be permitted which will <br /> further encroach on the Rum River setback. <br /> <br />3. No clear cutting or removal of vegetation shall be permitted which <br /> may encourage erosion of the shoreline and/or riverbank. <br /> <br />4. No commercial or industrial activity shall be permitted on the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br />The A.J. Parent Company hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and <br />that they have reviewed the conditions of the variance and have agreed that <br />they will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />A.J.
