APPROVE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />approve the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated July 23, <br />1987 regarding Mr. Garnett Pettersen's request for a variance from <br />Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the City Code. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated July 23, <br />1987 regarding Mr. Robert Muller's request for a variance from <br />Sections 170.015F and 170.016H of the City Code. <br /> <br />3) Board of Adjustment regular meeting minutes dated July 23, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue and <br />Shumway. Voting no: None. Absent: Commissioner Holm. Abstained: <br />Commissioners Howell and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />approve Board of Adjustment special meeting minutes dated July 7, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Holm. <br />Abstained: Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~i: <br /> <br />Request_For Variauce From Sections 170..015F And 170.016A Of The City Code Re~ardin~ Setback From Thoroughfares.; Case Of <br /> Mr. Gsrnett PetterscD: <br /> <br />This case was deleted, as Mr. Garnett Pettersen withdrew his request. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For VariaD¢¢ From Sections 170..Olaf And 170,016A Of The City Code ReEardin~ Setback From Thorouyhfares; Case Of <br /> Mr. Randy Triemert: <br /> <br />Mr. Randy Triemert was present and stated that his original house had been <br />partially destroyed by fire and that the house was not located i10 feet <br />from 'the centerline of State Highway No. 47. Mr. Triemert would like to <br />rebuild the house on the same foundation as the existing house which is <br />located on the hill and should not obstruct the visibility alcng St, <br />Francis Boulevard NW. <br /> <br />The Board discussed whether there was room behind the original structure to <br />reconstruct the house.
