<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16-08-150 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />APPROVAL OF COR THREE NORTH COMMONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Purmort Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of COR THREE NORTH COMMONS on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />th <br />Outlots F, Ramsey Town Center 8 Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 2, 2016, the Applicant properly applied for a Major Subdivision; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on July 21, 2016, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR THREE NORTH COMMONS; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on July 26, 2016, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for COR <br />THREE NORTH COMMONS. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat and development agreement approval to <br />COR THREE NORTH COMMONS, contingent upon compliance with City Staff File. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
