<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16-08-143 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON <br />A.E.C. ENERGY PARK <br />THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS OUTLOT A, <br />FOURTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Thomas Knoll, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for <br />vacation of a portion of drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the approved easement vacation is contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as <br />KNOLL PROPERTIES. These vacations do not become effective until said plat entitled KNOLL <br />PROPERTIES is recorded. <br />a. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property <br />A.E.C. <br />for a portion of drainage and utility easements conveyed as part of the plat known as <br />ENERGY PARK FOURTH ADDITION <br />Anoka County, Minnesota and depicted on the <br />attached Exhibit A. <br />b. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced, the Easement <br />Vacation does not become effective until the Plat entitled KNOLL PROPERTIES is properly <br />recorded with Anoka County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
