Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #16-08-143 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON A.E.C. ENERGY PARK THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS OUTLOT A, FOURTH ADDITION WHEREAS, Thomas Knoll, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for vacation of a portion of drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, (the “Subject Property”) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the approved easement vacation is contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as KNOLL PROPERTIES. These vacations do not become effective until said plat entitled KNOLL PROPERTIES is recorded. a. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property A.E.C. for a portion of drainage and utility easements conveyed as part of the plat known as ENERGY PARK FOURTH ADDITION Anoka County, Minnesota and depicted on the attached Exhibit A. b. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced, the Easement Vacation does not become effective until the Plat entitled KNOLL PROPERTIES is properly recorded with Anoka County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember Riley Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Johns Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Shryock and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
