NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEA~ING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment <br />will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Gary <br />Ditschler of Ramsey Carpet Company for a variance from Section 170.05 of <br />the City Code to exceed the maximum permitted size for identification signs <br />in commercial areas. <br /> <br /> The subject property is generally known as 5924 167th Avenue N.W. and <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter then South along the West line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a 'distance of 331.3 feet, <br />then East parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47, <br />then Northerly along said centerline of highway to the North line of <br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter then West along the <br />North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The South 94.99 feet of the North 426.29 feet (as measured along the <br />west line) of the part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 47 except road <br />subject to easement of record. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />Written comments shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 p.m. <br />on October 22, 1987. <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 5, 1987 <br /> <br />David R.
