CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FROM SECTION 170.016B OF THE CITY CODE <br />REGARDING REQUIRED REAR YARD SETBACK; <br /> CASE OF MR. AND MRS. BRUNO BRETTSCHNEIDER <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Brettschneider are requesting a variance in order to <br />construct a porch on their home at 14884 Waco Street N.W. which will <br />encroach on the required rear yard setback. Section 170.016B of the City <br />Code requires a rear yard setback of 35 feet. The Brettschneiders are <br />proposing to construct 12' x 14' three season porch on the west side of the <br />house.
