11. That according to the formula for calculating permitted $ignage in the <br />shopping center, the Applicant is allocated 73 square feet of signage. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicant is requesting a variance of 5 feet from the <br />permitted maximum sign size according to the formula for the shopping <br />center. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant has stated that the variance is necessary to <br />properly advertise the business. <br /> <br />14. That there are exceptional circumstances applying to the subject <br />property, namely, that the City's sign ordinance does not address strip <br />~hopping centers and only addresses stand alone structures. <br /> <br />15.
