BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CIT~ OF RAMSE¥ <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Thursday, <br />September 24, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Ronald Fischl's request for variance <br />from Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the City Code regarding setback from <br />thoroughfares. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> Mr. Michael Terry <br /> Mr. Jim Holm <br /> Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Howell· <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Victor Nollick - 2932 Beechwood Avenue - Wayzata'- Stated that his family <br />owns a parcel of property located diagonally across from Mr. Fischl's and <br />stated he is not aware of setback requirements along St. Francis Blvd. and <br />he wants to know what Mr. Fischl's request involves. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that the setback on St. Francis Blvd. is 110 <br />feet from the centerline of the road; Mr. Fischl is requesting a 25 foot <br />variance to construct an above ground swimming pool 85 feet from the <br />centerline of St. Francis Blvd. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried, Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />LaDue, Terry, Holm and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
