Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. gary Uhde was present representing Marshall Pearson of Regency Homes. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman expressed displeasure with the unprofessional way in <br />which the home was staked out and that nobody determined that there is also <br />a scenic river easement, held by the city, that was also being encroached <br />upon. <br /> <br />Mr. Uhde noted that the scenic river easement is not reflected on plats <br />~hat his company has; his firm is very experienced with commercial and <br />residential development and approvals necessary from outside agencies; this <br />particular case was an error and not intentional. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Holm to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0180, amended as follows, relating to Mr. Marshall <br />Pearson's request for a variance: <br /> <br />Item ~6 should state that the home is located approximately 70 feet <br />from the Rum River. <br /> <br />Item ~8 should state that the Applicant is requesting a variance of <br />approximately 80 feet to the Rum River setback requirement. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment/September 24, 1987 <br /> <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
