That the Applicant has applied for an "after the fact" variance. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adopt <br />Findings of Fact ~0180 as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Shumway, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Holm and Howell. <br /> <br />John Stine, DNR, noted that the earthwork on the subject property had been <br />completed - the soil has been removed from the river, topsoil is in place <br />and the berming is in place. Mr. Stine noted that the remaining work - <br />sodding and trees, will be required as part of the DNR's certification of <br />Mr. Pearson's variance. Mr. Stine stated that the restoration of the <br />subject property looked good. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />approve Mr. Marshall Pearson's request for a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Shumway and Terry. Voting No: <br />Holm and Howell. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen, <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT " <br /> <br />The Board discussed appointing a new Chairman and Vice Chairman. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to appoint <br />Commissioner Shumway as the Chairman of the Board of Adjustment and <br />Commissioner Hendriksen as the Vice Chairman of the Board of <br />Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None.
