<br />Background:

<br />Mr. Stanley M,c, rton is requesting a variance to construct a garage to the
<br />west of his existing house and garage at 16355 St. Francis Boulevard. Mr.
<br />Mortr, n is prc, p,-,sing to construct a 24' x 24' garage to be ~.(sed fnr storage
<br />of his personal recreational and lawn mainter~ance equipment and tools. The
<br />proposed garage will also house his well existing on the site. The
<br />proposed garage will extend beyond the house by approximately 8-10
<br />feet.

<br />According to Section 170.015G of the City Code, all accessory structures
<br />shall be located in the side or rear yards and als,_-,,' no accessory structure
<br />is permitted nearer the front lot line than the principal structure.
