STANLEY MORTON <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Stanley M,c, rton is requesting a variance to construct a garage to the <br />west of his existing house and garage at 16355 St. Francis Boulevard. Mr. <br />Mortr, n is prc, p,-,sing to construct a 24' x 24' garage to be ~.(sed fnr storage <br />of his personal recreational and lawn mainter~ance equipment and tools. The <br />proposed garage will also house his well existing on the site.
