NOTI~E OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 29, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a .request by Mr. Stanley Mortion for a variance from Section 170.0015G of the City Code to construct an accessory structure which will be located in the front yard and will be closer to the front lot line than the principal structure. The subject property is generally known as 16355 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. and is legally described as follows: That part of the Nrothwest Half of the Northeast Quar~ter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the ntersection of the North line of said SEction 14 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as the same is now laid out and traveled said point being 762.3 feet East from the North Quarter corner of said Section 14; then South 3 degrees 05 minutes East along the centerline of said highway a distance of 540.55 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereby described; then South 1 degree 52 minutes East continuing along said centerline a distance of 420 feet; then South 89 degrees 52 minutes East a distance of 894.39 feet; then North 0 degrees 19 minutes East a distance of 419.74 feet; then North 89 degrees 52 minutes West a distance of 910.40 feet to the actual point of beginning (except the West 313 feet thereof as measured along the North and South lines thereof). For the purposes of this description, the North line of said Section 14 is assumed to have a bearing of East and West. -and- That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the North line of said Section 14 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as same is now laid out and traveled said point being 762.3 feet East from the North Quarter corner of said Section 14; then South 3 degrees 05 minutes East along the centerline of said Highway a distance of 540.55 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereby described; then South 1 degree 52 minutes East continuing along said centerline a distance of 420 feet; then South 89 degrees 52 minutes East a distance of 313 feet; then North 1 degree 52 minutes West a distance of 420 feet; then North 89 degrees 52 minutes West a distance of 313 feet to the actual point of beginning. Subject to an easement for highway purposes over the Westerly 33 feet thereof. For the purposes of this description the North line of said Section 14 is assumed to have a bearing of East and West.
