BOARD OF ADJUST¥~NT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAi~SEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Thursday, <br />October 22, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Bruno Brettschneider's request for variance <br />from Section 170.016B of the City Code regarding required rear yard <br />setback. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />M£. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO QP~DER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.a. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Brettschneider stated that he is requesting a 7 foot variance to rear <br />yard setback in order to build a screen porch on his new home. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br /> <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />Terry and LaDue. <br />and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: <br />Voting Go: <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />None.
