Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Ippel to <br />r~ndthe alignment of the trunk sewer to be aligned with the alignment <br />for the MSA street to tie into McKinley Street in Anoka. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Hardin stated that Ramsey needs a <br />commitment frc~ Mr. Spone and Mr. Eggam regarding donation of right-of-way <br />for this alignment and a commitment from Anoka regarding the road <br />alignment. Commissioner Fults inquired as to what happens if Anoka does <br />not cooperate and how soon the City can begin obtaining easements. Mr. <br />Raatikka replied that Council could authorize drafting easements at their <br />April 14 meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Hardin, <br />Wagner, Ippel, Fults and Muller. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Kurak, Corecki and Vevea. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hardin and seconded by Commissioner Fults to draft a <br />letter to the Anoka EDC, Anoka Community Development Director Bob Kirchner, <br />Grady Boeck representing the Seed property and the Anoka Engineering <br />Department regarding the alignment of the street to tie into McKinley and <br />solicit a response from these people. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
