PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MIRNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, April 14, <br />1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 ~owthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> CITiZeN INPUt' <br /> <br />Tom Sauter - Stated that Sauter and Sons have deviated from their Grading <br />and Excavating Permit; are in the process of preparing new grading plans; <br />requesting City permission to remove another 1500 yards of fill prior to <br />that new grading plan being submitted and approved. <br /> <br />Council. agreed that Mr. Tom Sauter's request would be added as Case ~6 to <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />~ROV~ OF AGEndA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilm~ber DeLuca to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case ~6: Request To ~cavate And Remove ~ditioual Pill; Case 0f Mr. <br /> Tom Sauter. <br /> <br /> Case ~7: Status of ~WCON Application. <br /> <br /> Case #8: Request To Occasionally Add An Additional Page To Ramsey <br /> Resident Newsletter. <br /> <br /> Case ~9: Receive Petition Opposing Sealcoating Improvement Project <br /> ~87-5. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimauu, Couucilme~ers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
