CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Update on progress of Facility <br />Committee Work on New City Hall and Police <br />Facility <br />By: ltcidi A. Nelson, Asst. City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Facility Committee has been meeting regularly working on the schematic design and <br />visioning process for the new City Hall and Police Facility. In preparation for the Informational <br />Open I Iouse scheduled for Tuesday, June 29th, representatives from BKV Group Architects and <br />3DI Construction Management will provide an update on the schematic design and visioning <br />work completed thus far. The Informational Open House has been advertised in and on all of the <br />City's communication mediums-including the Ramsey Resident, website, QCTV, community <br />sign (next week), and ads in the Anoka County Union. A brief work session is planned following <br />the Open House (7pm-at City Hall) to discuss the next steps in the design process. <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br />Council should review and <br />()pen Hottse. <br /> <br />direct staff with regard to the information to be presented at the <br /> <br />CCWS: 06/22/2004 <br /> <br /> <br />
