Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR ELMCREST <br />PARK IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 04-20) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council author/zed the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Rarnsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the <br />advertisement for bids for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Elmcrest Park Improvements, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law on June 18, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; the following bids were received for.
