She indicated Mr. Graunke's parcel is 23.5 acres in size with a <br />large accessory building on the property. He proposes to operate an office within the house and <br />store materi'als and equipment in the accessory building. She stated Mr. Graunke operates his <br />business with one partner, and has no employees at this time. He indicated he may add one <br />employee at some point in the future, noting under City Code parcels that are 10+ acres in size <br />are eligible to have three non-res/dent employees. She added Mr. Graunke's partner would count <br />toward the number of allowed employees. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler advised vehicular traffic trips are not to exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard business day or 16 trips within a 24 hour period. She indicated the applicant anticipates <br />only two trips daily to and from the site, with an occasional exlra round trip during ¢he day.
