She <br /> stated the development is proposing to construct a total of 54,000 square feet on a 4.48 acre <br /> parcel. She.advised lot coverage has been calculated at 27%, which is under the 45°,4 maximum <br /> lot coverage restriction established in City Code. She stated the site will derive one access point <br /> from Ebony'Street. <br /> <br />'..'_Associate Planner Wald indicated Staff does not have enough information to determine if the site <br /> plan meets off-street parking space requirements. She noted this in/:bnnation must be provided <br /> to staff prior to the City Council review of the site plan. She indicated the gTading and drainage <br /> plan is generally acceptable with the revisions outlined in the City Staff Review Letter.
