Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />TOWN CENTER 4th ADDITION. <br /> <br />FOR RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for preliminary. 'plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot EE, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka Count, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 1, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 17, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />certain conditions; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />}L~kMSEY, ANOI~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City. Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town <br />Center 4th Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 11, 2004, Revised June 18, <br /> 2004 <br /> b) Approval of the preliminary site plan of Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the ibllowing were absent: <br /> <br />-246- <br /> <br /> <br />
