I offer the following comments: 1. Sheet C1 An overall utility plan should be added to the plan set and noted on the plan index. Sheets -I'1 through T 5 should also be noted on the index 2. Sheet C1 The sanitary sewer and water schedule is missing. 3. Sheet C1 On the typical street section the reference to the specification for the modified class 5 is missing. It could reference sheet D1. 4. Sheets C2, C3 and C4 Water valves shall be clustered as illustrated in WATo5 5. Sheet C3 The hydrant on Uranium street should be relocated north of the service connections. The watermain should be extended to the northern plat boundary. 6. Sheet C4 The 30 inch sanitary sewer trunk should be realigned to. terminate on high ground as close as possible to the northwest corner of the plat. A manhole needs to be installed on the terminus of the sewer. 7. Sheet C4 The structure shown on the plan north of Uranium street may be a shed and not a house as labeled on the plans. 8. Sheet C4 A road easement for the temporary cul de sac as well as a drainage and utility easement will be needed from the property to the north. A temporary road easement is also required for the portion of lot 1 blk 3 which is encumbered by the cul de sac. 9. Sheet C5 Tlqe eight inch tee with valves may be replaced with a 90 degree- bend at the northwest corner of 153~ Lane and Sunfish Lake Blvd. 10. Sheet C6 and C7 A detail for the storm out'fall manholes should be added. 11. Sheet G1 The 100 year flood plain elevations should be added for Ponds A and B. I ,284-
