and Lot 1, Block 1, HIOH POINT SECOND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereoL Anoka County, Minnesota. (the ~Subject Property'); WHEREAS, on November 6, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan for Alpine Woods from Oakwood Land Development, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on December 4, 2003 and recommended the sketch plan be denied by the City Council; and WHEREAS, on February 4, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary plat for Alpine Woods from Oakwood Land Development, Inc.; and WHEREAS, on April 4, 2004, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hear/rig regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Alpine Woods and recommended City Council approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on April 8, 2004 and recommended that Park dedication fees be paid to satisfy, park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, on April 27, 2004, the City Council approved the preliminary plat subject to compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated April 23, 2004 and receipt of Comprehensive Plan Amendment approval; and WHEREAS, on Apr/1 27, 2004, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for Alpine Woods. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IL~_MSEY, ANOI42,k COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Alpine Woods in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 18, 2004 b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City..
