Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1sT PARTIAL PAYMENT TO NORTH COUNTRY <br />CONCRETE FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-28 (145TM LANE/146TM AVENUE <br />SIDEWA~LK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 24, 2004, City Council adopted Resolution #04-02-060 <br />approving the plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and <br />recommended lst partial payment to North Country Concrete in the amount of $63,914.27. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes 1st partial payment to North Country Concrete for <br />Improvement Project #03-28, 145th Lane/146th Avenue Sidewalk Project in the amount of <br />$63,914.27 on June 29.2, 2004. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the 'Mayor or City Administrator to sig-n the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of June 2004. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department Will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22~° day of June 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />q <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-XL'CX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />-69- <br /> <br /> <br />
