Couneilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1s'r PARTIAL PAYMENT TO GLEN REHBEIN <br />COMPANINS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT/403-29 (SUNWOOD DRIVE NW AND <br />RHINESTONE STREET NW) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 9, 2004, City Council adopted Resolution #04-03-066 approving <br />the plans and specifications for the abOve referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 1 st partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $375,198.93. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes lStpartial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies <br />for Improvement Project #03~29, Sunwood Drive NW and Rhinestone street NW in the <br />amount of $375,198.93 on June 22, 2004. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or citY Administrator to sig-n the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount ¢f this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of June 2004. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing re~olution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22"d day of.
