Councilmember Pearson inquired about the bill <br />from Computo-Services for $1785 and Mr. Graczyk stated that it <br />represents 3 months of service per the City's agreement with that firm. <br /> <br />5) Adopt Resolution ~87-267 approving pay estimate no. 1 for Project 987- <br /> 23 to Ideal Paving in the amount of $38,649.33. (Please refer to <br /> resolution file for Resolution ~87-267). <br /> <br />6) Adopt Resolution ~87-268 approving pay estimate no. 2 for Project 987- <br /> 20 to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $397.58. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~0UNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that any final adjustments to the proposed 1988 budget <br />should be brought up for discussion at this time; plans are to officially <br />adopt the budget at the December 8 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox recalled a former Council discussion regarding matching <br />the Jaycee's'offer and contributing $62~ for the Keep America Beautiful <br />System entry fee; this action should proceed using 1987 General Fund <br />Reserve for the expenditure. <br /> <br />Mr. Graczyk stated that at the special meeting on November 23, 1987, it was <br />the Council consensus to handle these types of expenditures through the <br />general fund reserve and larger unanticipated expenditures through budget <br />amendments. The General Fund reserve balance at this time is approximately <br />$42,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Councitmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />proceed to enter the Keep America Beautiful Program System; the entry fee <br />being divided equally between the City of Ramsey and the Ramsey Jaycees; <br />the City's portion to be derived from the 1987 General Fund Reserve. <br /> <br />City Council/~ovember 24, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
