Retail c~,~_rcial development <br />occurs intermittently alon~ TH 10 with a variety of uses including new and. <br />used automobile deal~ps, mobile home dealerships, small restaurants, <br />small office buildings, gas stations and other related commercial <br />development. These uses appear visually haphazard, lacking cons~t <br />a.~.hi~ ~a~it%~, land-use intensits,, park/r~ orientation, sign ~n~ity <br /> <br />Industrial development to date has been concentrated immediately south of <br />t~he C~t~way North Irnkmtr~ Airport and in t_he southwest and soul, beast <br />quadrants of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and ~ial Avenue. similar to the <br />retail development, ir~ustrial facilities are inozm~istent in their size, <br />appearance, and t%~pe.
