To Eztend The <br /> %erm Of A Conditional UsC Permit For Minine: <br /> <br />Motion by Counci!member Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve an extension of the term of the conditional use permit for grading <br />and excavation issued to Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. dated November <br />26, 1985 to May 26, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca noted that a~few irregularities were raised with this <br />case: ~rM~I applied for a conditional use permit on November 25, 1985; <br />official approval was not received until March or April of 1986; two year <br />permit term commenced from date of application.
