Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Johns, <br />LeTourneau, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Motion carried.
