noted that the Council could then meet to delegate emergency funding for items such as debris <br />removal. <br />2.03: Review City Attorney's Attendance at Council Meetings <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report. He noted that during the past six months the <br />City has saved $5,000 on the new plan which does not require the City Attorney to attend <br />Council meetings unless requested. He stated that if the Council would like the City Attorney to <br />attend an upcoming meeting for something specific on the agenda they can alert him. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated that he was against this to begin with but does agree that this <br />seems to be working well and saving the City money as well and therefore would support <br />continuing in this manner. <br />Mayor Strommen agreed that this is efficient use of the City Attorney's time. <br />3. TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION <br />3.01: Review Future Topics/ Calendar <br />Councilmember Williams stated that she encountered residents that live north of the old <br />municipal center that were requesting a park at that location. She stated that perhaps it would be <br />good to revisit the discussion to focus on regional parks. <br />Mayor Strommen noted that the residents reached out to multiple Councilmembers and agreed <br />that would be a good topic to revisit. <br />Councilmember Shryock stated that perhaps that would be a good topic for a joint meeting with <br />the Park Commission. <br />City Administrator Ulrich agreed that would be a great topic for a joint meeting with the Park <br />Commission. <br />4.
