00\ <br />Principal Bios <br />Mr. Oman has been active in the field of real estate since <br />1985 both acquiring and selling investment property and <br />working with many institutional buyers and lenders. Mr. <br />Oman graduated from the University of Mississippi with a <br />BBA with an emphasis in Banking and Finance and <br />Managerial Finance. <br />Mr. Oman is a past Board member of the Nashville <br />Healthcare Council. <br />Bond E. Oman, <br />CEO <br />Mr. Gibson received a B.S. degree in Real Estate from Indiana <br />University's Kelly School of Business — Bloomington. In July <br />of 2008 he graduated from The Advanced Management <br />Development Program in Harvard's School of Design. He is a <br />licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Tennessee, West <br />Virginia, Louisiana, Kentucky, and Alabama. <br />Mr. Gibson is a past President of the Nashville NAIOP, IREM, <br />Chapters He is a member <br />of ULI and serves on the ULI Healthcare Council. <br />Thomas C.
