Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12-06- <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF COR THREE <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), hereinafter <br />referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of COR THREE on <br />the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots D, F, and K, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on May 7`h, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center <br />8th Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 7`h, 2012 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 8`h, 2012, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for COR <br />THREE to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 15`h, 2012, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR THREE; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 10`h, 2012, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for COR <br />THREE; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to COR THREE, <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff File Letter dated June 15, 2012. <br />
