(Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #87-175). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Pearson inquired as to the amouut of <br />area included in Development District No. 1. Mr. Hartley replied that it <br />will include all properties that will be served by the MSA frontage road; <br />it does not include the residential district along 'the river. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
