Consider uses of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Cox called the special meeting back to order at 8:13 p.m. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS CONTINUED <br /> <br />Case #2: Adopt Resolution Modifyin~ Development Distri¢~ NO, 1 And <br /> EstablishinE Tax Increment Financin~ Distri¢~ No. 4: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution #87-175 amending Development District No. 1 and <br />establishing Tax Increment Financing District No. 4. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #87-175). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Pearson inquired as to the amouut of <br />area included in Development District No. 1. Mr. Hartley replied that it <br />will include all properties that will be served by the MSA frontage road; <br />it does not include the residential district along 'the river. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
