MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Update on Strategic Plan: Balanced Scorecard Report <br />City Administrator Ulrich provided a status update and reviewed the performance metrics of the <br />City's Balanced Scorecard. <br />Councilmember Riley referenced the ISO rating of the Fire Department and stated that he <br />recently learned that the lower the rating, the better. <br />City Administrator Ulrich provided additional information on the rating that the City currently <br />has and the rating they hope to get to. <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Kuzma invited everyone to attend the live entertainment on Thursday, night for <br />the Trott Brook Benefit Bash, with a start time of 5:00 p.m. He noted that if it does rain there are <br />provisions to bring the event indoors. <br />City Administrator Ulrich provided information on the upcoming Happy Days events. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that the previous day he was invited by staff to climb the water <br />tower and had a wonderful view all the way to the Minneapolis skyline.
