This 1 ■ <br /> project will be connected to the parking ramp at 1160 <br /> the station platform and be an important <br /> placemaking project, catalyst, and anchor for <br /> the station area. <br /> • Seasons of Ramsey—A 50-unit rental townhome development is planned north of the Ramsey <br /> Station at 147th Lane and Rhinestone Street. Completion planned for 2013. <br /> • Other Residential — Over 350 units of townhomes and small lot single family homes have <br /> been constructed by K Hovananian Homes and DR Horton. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY <br /> Commercial development (retail, office, and medical) in The COR totaled 320,000 square feet <br /> over the last 10 years, as shown in Table 7-4. This represented 75 percent of Ramsey's total <br /> development in these categories. The COR captured 53 percent of the retail, 89 percent of the <br /> office, and 100 percent of the medical office. Office/warehouse and office/manufacturing space <br /> in other parts of Ramsey totaled 852,779 square feet. All told, Ramsey developed over 1.2 <br /> million square feet of space along with over 580 residential units. <br /> 7-7 <br />
