An important consideration in retail or commercial development is the station <br /> area's convenience for potential customers that are not Northstar riders. <br /> Ramsey Station opened November 14, 2012, in The COR development between the intersections <br /> of Armstrong Boulevard and Ramsey Boulevard with TH-10.
