DRAFT DOCUMENT,INTENDED FOR CONCEPTUAL CONVERSATIONS ONLY,CHANGES WILL OCCUR
(B)City consider purchase of the Pearson Properties parcel. Staff does believe sufficient justification and
funding is available to implement this option. However, if this is something the City has interested in pursuing,
staff would recommend it be discussed in closed session—for the sake of an effective negotiation process. It
is likely the City could lease this property back to Pearson Properties for farming until it is developed—which
would keep it on the tax rolls, and may generate some revenue.
(3) EXPAND BUSINESS PARK ON HAGEMAN ®`""'' "" '"`-`''"'' ',1•IfIIA®i - 1
.- A'l•PINEIDR7NW2;.,_._.-.
HOLDINGS PROPERTY
Hageman Holdings owns an 86 acre"school site" - , ■
located just north of the proposed business park : ,' '''"id
 ®
(north side of Bunker Lake Boulevard).
