Staff is suggesting the EDA workpaln be <br /> reviewed in conjunction to the EDA budgeting process(i.e.August)--as the two discussions overlap and <br /> directly effect each other. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The purpose of an EDA workplan is: <br /> "To provide a functional plan that prioritizes the work of the City's economic development department and <br /> Economic Development Authority (EDA). This plan highlights both day-to-day and long term economic <br /> development priorities and goals for the City of Ramsey.
