Jeffrey D. Hagen is the CEO/Pres. <br /> And owner of PPG. Mr. hagen and his associates are current members of National <br /> Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Certified Commercial Investment <br /> Member(CCIM), Minneapolis Shopping Center Association(MSCA), and Mr. Hagen is <br /> a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). He and his partners are excited about making a <br /> substantial investment in the City of Ramsey, for an industrial project which will include <br /> as its main tenant"Adrenaline Sports" a Minnesota sports complex. <br /> The Project: <br /> This two building office/warehouse will be located off of 143rd Avenue Northwest <br /> and Jasper Street Northwest, Ramsey. It's location and access to Highway 10 is <br /> tremendous! The buildings in total will be 123,840 square feet with a 24-foot clear <br /> ceiling height, and built on 9.36 acres. The depths of the two building will differ to <br /> accommodate small to large users. Building A will be a total of 72,000 square feet and <br /> will have 72-foot column spacing and a bay depth of 200 feet specifically for"Adrenaline <br /> Sports Center" and their use of 40,000 square feet of space. <br /> Building B will have a 50-foot column spacing and a bay depth of 144-feet, which <br /> would afford it smaller square foot bays. This will allow the project to handle small and <br /> large users. <br /> Timing: <br /> The Project would begin immediately after City approval, obtaining financing <br /> commitments and an executed Lease with Adrenaline Sports. We anticipate completed <br /> construction and occupancy in August 2017. <br />
