Proposed improvements include repairing failing <br /> concrete joints and replacing colored concrete crosswalks with standard concrete and thermoplastic crosswalk markings. <br /> All exposed voids will be filled with temporary concrete mix in 2016. <br /> Justification <br /> Numerous concrete pavement joints are failing resulting in crumbling pavement which allows stormwater runoff to seep into the pavement base, <br /> accelerating pavement deterioration due to staurated subgrade soils.
