4.7 Right-of-Ways/Easements <br /> It is anticipated that all improvements will occur within existing City right-of-ways and/or <br /> easements. It is therefore not anticipated that the City will need to acquire any right-of-way or <br /> easements for this project so right-of-way and/or easement acquisition costs are not included in <br /> the probable project costs.
