Mr. A~t Raudio was present and reviewed his proposed subdivision. He stated he wanted to establish a road alignment at this time but he was not necessarily going to build on any lots he is proposing. Chairman Zimmerman noted that Lot I, Block 2 and Lot 2, Block 1 could access onto the outlot where the future road would be located and Lot 1, Block 1 could access onto 149th Avenue N.W. Commissioner Hendriksen stated that he would like to see the development plan for the entire parcel before he made any determination or r ecommenda tion. Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to recommend approval of the sketch plan on the condition that access to the lots is not from Cry. Rd. #56 and noted that Mr. Raudio stated he would impose a unilateral moratorium on construction on the lots. Motion failed. Voting Yes: Commissioners Shumway and LaDue. Voting No: Chairman Zimmerman and Commissioner Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners Howell and Holm. Discussion Re~ardin~ Vacancy On The Commission: The Commission requested that Mr. Michael Terry be interviewed prior to the next regular meeting and that the vacancy be discussed at the next regular meeting. Information Items: The Commission noted the information items contained in the agenda. COMMISSION INPUT The Commission discussed the August meeting date and rescheduled the regular August Planning and Zoning Commission meeting date to August 11, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: LaDue and Shumway. Voting No: Holm, Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, None.
