If that LAWCON grant is approved, the boundaries of River's <br />Bend Park will have to be redrawn to exclude that proposed community center <br />area in order to meet Federal guidelines for funding assistance for the <br />community center. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that a parcel of property located adjacent to the <br />Faith Baptist Church on Sunfish Lake Blvd. and Nowthen Blvd. is due for tax <br />forfeit. Councilmember Cox submitted to City Administrator David Hartley a <br />letter from Faith Baptist Church requesting that the city accept the parcel <br />and deed it to Faith Baptist Church. Councilmember Cox noted that the City <br />had a similar transaction with Lord of Life Church in the past. Mr. <br />Hartley was instructed to follow-up on the request. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox requested that discussion regarding the need for an <br />additional elementary school in Ramsey be placed on the next regular <br />Council agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox noted that a Ramsey resident was killed in a construction <br />accident in Plymouth; anyone wishing to do so should send sympathy cards. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval Of Minor Subdivision Of <br />FY-10 Ramsey 3rd Addition; Case Of Mr. Gilbert Menkveld <br />and Mr. Art Raudio. <br /> <br />Case 4/13: Request For Site Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Richard Ranelle. <br /> <br />Case ~,~14: Request For Review Of Revised Grading Plan; Case Of Mr. <br /> Tom Sauter. <br /> <br />Case 415: Application For Certificate Of Approval Of Gateway North <br /> Industrial Airport Site. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembrs Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
