General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1987A. resolution file for Resolution 987-131). (Please refer to Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt Resolution 987-132 providing for the issuance and sale of $400,000 Taxable General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1987B. (Please refer to to resolution file for Resolution #87-132). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt Resolution #87-133 providing for the issuance and sale of $160,000 Taxable General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1987C. (Please refer to resolution file for Re s olut ion #87-133) . Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, DeLuc a and Pearson. Voting No : None. R~¥iew Park And Recreation Commission's Recommendation For Capital Improvements: Mr. Otto stated that he has met with Park Commission Chairman Lichter, Claudia Dodge of Community Education and Jill Prall of RYAA regarding some of the functions they feel will be required in a multipurpose building at Central Park. Central Park layout depends on whether or not those building needs are met in one or two structures, understanding that it is desireable to keep as many functions as possible in one structure. Merland Otto proceeded to review four alternatives for Central Park layout that include either one or two park buildings. Council preferred a Central Park layout referred to as Alternative D that included a warming house adjacent to skating rinks, a multipurpose building located centrally to athletic fields, and roadways and parking by both the skating area and athletic fields. Mr. Otto stated that he will be meeting with RYAA and Ramsey's Public Works Superintendent once more to be sure all current and future needs in a multipurpose building at Central Park have been considered. He will then meet with the Park Commission on June 19 and report back to Council on June 23.
