The Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1) Regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting minutes dated April 9, <br /> 1987. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Extract A~Ere~ates And <br /> Establish A Bituminous Asphalt Plant In The I-1 Industrial <br /> District; Case Of Barton And Gravel: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Barton Sand and Gravel has requested that their case <br />be tabled. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to table <br />Barton Sand and Gravel's request for a conditional use permit per the <br />applicant's request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Holm <br />and Shumway. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and <br />Howel 1. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Use A Temporary <br /> .Structure For Office Space To Sell Automobiles In The B-1 <br /> B~iness District: Case Of Mr. Larry Rudesill: <br /> <br />Mr. Rudesill was present. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed time frames for requiring blacktopping and <br />construction of permanent building for office space. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Holm to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact relating to <br />Mr. Rudesill's request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Holm <br />and Shumway. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and <br />Howell. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend that City Council approve Mr. Larry Rudesill's request for a <br />conditional use permit to utilize a temporary structure for office space. <br />The terms of the conditional use permit shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be <br /> provided om the subject property. <br /> <br />A permanent office structure will be constructed in accordance <br />with the City Code and UBC requirements and the temporary <br />structure shall be removed from the subject property no later than <br />January I, 1989.
