This report also shows total <br />expenditures for the years 1985 and 1986. It also shows the remaining <br />variances for the 1987 budget. <br /> <br />In addition to the Park and Recreation Budget, the City has available the Park <br />Improvement Trust Fund. This fund collects all developer park fees and is <br />currently being used during 1987 to fund the park engineering cost the City has <br />been incurring. The following is a report on the available fund balance in the <br />Park Improvement Trust Fund: <br /> <br />Fund balance 1/1/87 <br /> Park fees <br /> Engineering and post <br />Fund balance 6/30/87 <br /> <br />$124,886 <br /> t,731 <br /> (8,213) <br />$118~404 <br /> <br />An additional source that may be used at City Council discretion is the Landfill <br />Trust Fund.
