Couucil forwarded this issue to the Budget Committee for review. <br /> <br />C_~ Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision~ Case Of Mr. John <br /> Goeb: <br /> <br />Mr. Goeb was present requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of a 30 acre <br />parcel west of County Road #5, south of 173rd Avenue NW., using Trott Brook <br />as a natural boundary for the subdivision. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that the Park Commission has recommended acquiring 32 feet <br />along the north side and 120 feet along the south side of the brook for <br />trail easement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve Mr. John Goeb's request for a metes and bounds subdivision <br />contingent upon dedicating the land suggested by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: Road Improvements For 149~h Avenue NW Between Pe=idot Stre~ <br /> NW Amd Uranimite Street NW: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #87-127 accepting price quotes for road improvements to <br />149th Avenue NW and awarding a contract to Ideal Paving Inc. for such <br />improvements. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #87-127.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Street Imor~y~ment For Hunter's Hill I~orove~ent Projec~ <br /> #87-23: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution ~87-i28 receiving the feasibility report and calling for a <br />public hearing for Street Improvement Project #87-23 (Hunter's Hill). <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #87-128.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, DeLuca and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Sorteberg was <br />temporarily out of Council chambers. <br /> <br />Case #9: Hall-AndersonAcres Servic~ goad Or Undevelooed Roadways <br /> Generally_:. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that following platting, the streets in Hall-Anderson <br />Acres were improved with the exception of the service road. The City has <br />received a request to improve the service road at the City's expense. <br />Mr. Hartley requested Council direction regarding the level of road <br />improvements that should be made with City funds to undeveloped road <br />right-of-ways and what level of maintenance should be provided substandard <br />roads. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cox directing <br /> City Council/May 26, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 20 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
