PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF R~iSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, October 20, <br />1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />city Administrator David Hartley <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br /> <br />CALL TO 0P~DER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />~oRe. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGEI~DA <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann announced that the cases for which people are present will be <br />addressed first. Mayor Reimann noted that the six cases on tonight's <br />agenda are continued from the October !3 Council agenda and their case <br />titles ahould reflect the appropriate October 13 case number as follows: <br /> <br />Case ~1: - Case #10 <br />Case ~2: - Case ~8 <br />Case ~3: - Case ~!3 <br />Case 14: - Case ~9 <br />Case #5: - Case #!1 <br />Case ~6: - Case ~12 <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated that he and Counci!member Cox attended a <br />meeting in Ham Lake and that city is requesting Ramsey support of a <br />resolution they adopted regarding liability for land use regulations <br />imposed by agencies above local units cf government. <br /> <br />Mayor Keimann direc=ed that the Ham Lake Resoiuticn be discugsed during <br />}laycr and Council <br /> <br />Counci!member Cox requested tha~ Waste Management, inc. <br />developmen= of a ski hill be discussed during Case g'll. <br /> City Council/October 20, !987 <br /> <br />proposal for <br /> <br />Fage 2 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
