Commissioner Terry arrived at this time. <br /> <br />Kathy Switala - Stated that she is opposed to the request if it involves the <br />construction of another building on Mr, Wendt's property or if the business <br />will change the look of the area. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that past policy has been to not allow the <br />construction of buildings for businesses in residential areas. <br /> <br />Kathy Switala - Stated that there is already a junk accumulation problem in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />ADJOURnmENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Howell to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
