Co~cilmember Cox stated that he is willing to <br />seriously consider l~ase I of this P.U.D. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich suggested that the developer prepare performance standards for <br />the area that would address noise, hours of operation, types of home <br />occupations all(~ed, etc. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca stated that he feels the P.U.D. is worth considering <br />because it would serve as a buffer where residential and industrial zones <br />meet. Report From ~oad And Bridue Committee: <br /> <br />a) Public Works Property; b) One-Ton Truck; c) Light ~quiIm~nt Operator- <br /> <br />At the January 27 Council meeting, the Road and Bridge Committee was <br />directed to review the ~cd for a one-ton truck, a light equipment operator <br />and a public works site. <br /> <br />Councilm~ber COx stated that there was some discussion last year regarding <br />privatization of the l~,hlic works department and that ha_~ not been full,ed <br />up.
