V~ing No: None. <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Store Vehicles And <br /> _0~erate An Ant~Nobile Sales Business In The RB Rural Business <br /> District At 9457 ~wv. $10 N.W.: Case Of Charles Christian: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the City Attorney is currently drafting ordinance <br />wording that will specify blacktop and concrete surfaces of parking and <br />driveway areas; for this conditional use permit, it is reco~me~ that the <br />Commission require blacktop or concrete. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend adoption of the findings of fact, ~ as follows, relating to <br />Mr. Charles Christian's request for a conditional use permit: <br /> <br />Item %8 to read as follows: 'That the forage of vehicles will not be <br />detrimental or unduly dangerous to persons working or residing in the <br />area.
